As Growth Initiatives Director for Auntie Anne’s, Danika is responsible for leading the brand’s off-premise strategy and growing its non-traditional business, including Pretzel Trucks, universities, urban street side and tourist locations. Danika has spent her entire professional career at Auntie Anne’s, beginning as an intern in 2012 before promotions to marketing specialist, marketing manager, and her current position. She is an active member of Women’s Foodservice Forum and serves as Secretary of the Auntie Anne’s C.A.R.E.S. Committee, an independent, nonprofit organization made up of employees seeking to provide focused community support through time and financial services. Danika earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
