Michelle currently serves as a Senior Catering Consultant for Chick-fil-A, Inc. She began her career with Chick-fil-A over ten years ago working as a Catering Sales Director for multiple restaurants in Athens, Georgia. She now focuses on catering innovation and partners with Operators across the chain to develop catering systems to continuously improve upon the guest experience. She is passionate about helping Operators reduce the complexity that catering may cause in their Restaurants while increasing catering sales. Michelle and her husband live in Peachtree City, Georgia with their two little girls.
