Brianna Schmaltz is the Director of Alternate Platforms at Red Robin. She joined Red Robin in July 2018. Prior to Red Robin she was the Director of Catering at Coffee and Bagel Brands where she led Einstein’s Bros. Bagels, Noah’s Bagels, Brueggers Bagels and Caribou Coffee Co. to $20 million in incremental catering sales growth over 6 years. Brianna has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years with 12 years specializing in sales and catering management. She has been married for 17 years to Daniel and has two children (Katelynn, 16) and (Joey, 10).
