Rosie started with the Macaroni Grill mid-2017 and was tasked with re-building an off-premise sales department that would support high volume incremental sales growth. The company went through a large re-branding effort in late 2017, with a focus on Catering and Special Events, then segued into 3rd party delivery focus in early 2018. Rosie has built a national sales team that has beat every expectation for SSS growth in the Catering revenue stream (+50% over PY sales). With the recent acquisition of Sullivan’s Steakhouse, the company is continuing to lean on off-premise sales as its biggest growth opportunity.
