Tim Kimmel has over 37 years of Hospitality Experience, in both restaurants and full service hotels. Tim has been with Fazoli’s for 26 years and held several different positions, including General Manager, Managing Partner, Area Supervisor and Director of Operations for both company and franchise restaurants. He spent two years as Director of Operations Services where he coordinated a joint venture between Fazoli’s and McDonald’s Corporation. In 2015, Tim spent two years as Director of Off-Premise Business Development for Fazoli’s where he was responsible for developing the Catering program for 123 company locations. His responsibilities included menu creation, marketing and packaging, implementing a centralized Call Center, Fleet Management of 40 Catering Vans, a Breadstick Food truck, the systemwide (215 restaurants) rollout of Monkey Media, ezCater and an IT program rollout for Catering. He also hired Regional Catering Sales Managers and Catering Sales Managers in strategic markets to generate Catering sales and drive repeat business. In 2017 Tim returned to the role of Director of Company Operations for 52 company-owned restaurants. Tim oversees 9 direct-reports in 5 states and is responsible for all aspects of operations execution and financial performance. Tim graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Business Management. He resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
